About Isha Iqbal

Hi, my name is Isha Iqbal. I was born and raised in Delaware with a majority of my childhood being in the capital, Dover. My father started a construction business more than 15 years ago. I grew up watching my dad and his business partner build more than 200 new construction homes a year. I grew up around the business however, I didn't think that I would ever be a part of it. I graduated from the University of Delaware in 2017 with a degree in Biological Sciences. Soon after I got married and moved to Georgia for two years where I obtained a certificate at Georgia Tech for Data Science and Analytics. I still hadn't found my calling so I decided to move back to Delaware and learn the construction business with my dad. Immediately, I knew that Real Estate was the industry I wanted to be in so I studied for my Real Estate license in 2019 and began practicing that same year. Ever since I received my license, things have not slowed down! 2021 has been the best year since where I have helped sold and purchase almost 10 million in Real Estate. I hope that I can help you find and/or sell your next home.

While I am not working I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time at home with my family. I am also about to graduate from Wilmington University with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science.
